We have an opening in LOT 1176, BOOTENAL ROAD, BOOTENAL, Western Australia, 6532 for 12 x Seasonal Casual Crop Farm Workers (Pickers, Packers, Pruners).
Approximate commencement date is April/May 2025 for 9 months. During this period, you will receive an average of 120 hours over a 4-week period (average of 30 hrs per week). Applicants must be available for the whole nine months.
The hourly rate will be in line with the Horticulture Award starting at Level 1 subject to experience. The current hourly rate is $30.15.
Applicants will be required to work generally 5-6 days a week and must be willing to work on weekends if required. The work you will be doing is challenging and physically demanding. It will involve a lot of bending. You need to be physically fit and in good condition to perform this work.
Responsibilities include:

• Performing general labouring duties
• Fruit/vegetable picking and pruning
• Performing a range of farming tasks
• Sorting, packing or grading of produce
• Planting/cultivation of seedlings, fertilising, irrigation/irrigation maintenance
• Tying plants to stakes, preparing seedlings, and other farm maintenance tasks.
• Additional duties as required.

Onsite training will be provided along with opportunities to upskill.
