Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needsDesign, configure and document SAP SuccessFactor Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Onboarding) modules based on business requirementsAssist in developing functional specification for developmentsAssisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user’s lack of experienceAssisting in application support, system testing and training of end usersExperiences and skills you’ll use to solveAn interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you workA demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectivesProven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Onboarding) configuration experienceExperience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modulesAbility to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendationsAble to collaborate and communicate with clientsInterpersonal skills and able to work as a teamStrong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and ProjectWorking with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations)Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Onboarding) projectsExperience leading client workshopsCreation of documentation and training materialsKnowledge transfer to clients and training of super usersThis position may require travel from 25% to 50%When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required.
