• Correctly and efficiently prep Idler & Roller cores for washing
• Cleaning of cores utilizing a high pressure washer
• Maintain, organize and clean RUC core bank
• Clean parts using Goff machine, Mart washer, Blast booth cabinet including buffing and grinding tools
• Perform other duties as required in production

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 months working in Wage Grade 1 or higher (internal candidates)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow work instructions
• Ability to regularly lift and handle material weighing up to 40 pounds
• Mechanical aptitude and background is preferred
• Must be able to communicate written and spoken English effectively
• Experience cleaning components and high-pressure washing preferred
• Previous experience in a heavy-duty equipment facility is preferred
• A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator
• Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a safe manner and comply in all aspects of the organizations policies and procedures

• This posting is for a static day shift scheduled Monday – Thursday; 10 hours per day
• Any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement
